No contract is required! You can go month-to-month with no commitment. However, if you have a lease of 15+ months, you can optionally sign a service contract to receive a 10% discount on your monthly service price.
A Wi-Fi router is included with every The Heights plan at no extra charge. Our fiber connection terminates at a wall outlet in your unit—just plug in and go.
Our fiber network delivers symmetrical speeds, meaning your upload and download speeds are the same. The speeds listed are the maximum for each plan, and most users experience these speeds consistently.
If you're on month-to-month service, simply let us know when you're moving and we'll cancel your service with no fees or hassles. If you have a contract, an early termination fee will apply. Please note that we cannot transfer service to another property—we can only provide service at properties listed on our website.
