Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fiber internet service provided by Spaces Broadband ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Spaces Broadband provides residential fiber internet access to subscribers in supported Missouri communities. Available speed tiers, pricing, and equipment options are listed on the corresponding community page on this website. Actual speeds depend on the plan selected and the configuration of equipment in your unit.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Service is billed monthly in advance.
  • The billing date is the day of the month on which your service was first activated.
  • Payment is due on the billing date. Accepted payment methods are listed in the Client Zone.
  • If a router lease is included in your plan, the lease fee is itemized as a separate monthly charge.

3. Late Payment and Suspension

Accounts more than 20 days past due may be suspended without further notice. A reconnection fee may apply if service is restored after suspension. Accounts more than 60 days past due may be terminated and any leased equipment may be reclaimed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, malware, or other abusive traffic.
  • Interfere with the network or other subscribers' use of the service.
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.
  • Resell, share, or redistribute the service outside of the household covered by the subscription, without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Equipment

If you lease a router from us, the router remains our property and must be returned in working condition if service is terminated. If you bring your own router, you are responsible for its operation and compatibility with our network.

6. Installation

Installation appointments are scheduled in advance. You or an authorized adult must be present during installation. Damage to the property caused by a customer's failure to disclose pre-existing conditions is not our responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Missouri law, Spaces Broadband is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance windows, and equipment failures may occur. Status updates are provided through email and the Client Zone where applicable.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel service at any time by contacting support@spacesbroadband.com. We may terminate service for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Missouri.
